Chiang Mai Property

Chiang Mai has a large resident expat population of Europeans, North Americans, Japanese and Chinese that live here either year round or part of the year. Chiang Mai’s cost of living is quite a bit lower than in many other cities and you can find rental accommodation in all ranges, with condos in the city, houses a bit further out of town.
